FCS Privacy Policy

It is the intent of FCS to follow the privacy policies established by governing entities as well as those listed below. Governing entities shall include Federal, State, and Local policies. In cases where the policies below may conflict with governing policies, the governing policy applies and this Privacy Policy document will be updated to reflect it as soon as is feasible. The term "feasible" shall include a reasonable amount of time after FCS has been notified of the conflict to allow for approvals and technical updates.
